This website and our mailbox are operated by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Hostinger processes the data on our behalf (processing on behalf of a controller, Art. 28 GDPR).
Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically stores information sent by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, previous page (referrer), and browser and operating system.
This data is technically required to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. The log files are not combined with other data and are deleted automatically when the hosting provider’s retention period ends.
This website sets no cookies for visitors. Only when administrators log in to the protected admin area does WordPress set technically necessary login cookies. Visitors to the website are not affected.
On your first visit a notice asks whether external content (currently Google Maps) may be loaded. We store your choice (“Accept all” or “Only necessary”) in your browser’s local storage (entry “hz_consent”) – not in a cookie. The entry is not sent to us and you are asked again after twelve months. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The legal basis is Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary to respect your decision).
If you write to us through a form on this website (the contact form or the request form on a machine’s page), we process the details you enter: name, email address and – if provided – phone number, subject and message. For requests about a machine, its name, reference number and the address of its page are added.
We also store the date and time, the page the form was sent from, your IP address and your browser identifier so that we can detect misuse.
The details are stored in this website’s database and sent by email to info@hztrading.de. We use them only to process and answer your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or steps prior to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering requests). For the IP address and browser identifier, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (protection against misuse).
We delete your request once it has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (for example for business letters under Section 257 of the German Commercial Code or tax-relevant documents under Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code).
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (for example your name, email address or phone number and the content of your message) to deal with your request. Legal bases and retention are the same as for the forms.
The website contains links and a button to WhatsApp. Only when you click one does WhatsApp open (the app or WhatsApp Web) with a prepared message. No data is sent to WhatsApp before that. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland, a Meta company. Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. WhatsApp’s processing is governed by its privacy policy. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can reach us by phone, email or the contact form.
On our contact page you can choose to display a map from Google Maps. The map is only loaded when you click “Show map” or have chosen “Accept all” in the notice on cookies and external content. Only then does your browser connect to Google’s servers, transmitting your IP address among other data; Google may also set cookies.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, TDDDG), which you give by clicking or with “Accept all”. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by choosing “Only necessary” under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page – the map is then no longer loaded automatically. Alternatively, the link “Open in Google Maps” takes you to the address directly on Google. More information is available in Google’s privacy policy.
We link to our profiles on YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. These are plain links; no content from these networks is embedded on our website. The provider’s privacy terms apply only once you follow a link.
The fonts used on this website are stored on our own server. No connection to Google or any other font provider is made when you view the pages.
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by “https://” in the address bar. Data you send us, for example through the forms, therefore cannot be read by third parties.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
Right to object: where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
